Your day-to-day activities as a Staff ML Engineer, Agent Training & Environments involve a range of technical and collaborative responsibilities, including:

• Designing and implementing scalable ML models and environments that support the development of high-quality training data


• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices to support data annotation and labeling workflows


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models and environments with existing products and platforms


• Developing and deploying Kubernetes-based infrastructure to support large-scale ML workloads


• Working with Redux.js and other front-end technologies to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for data annotation and labeling


• Participating in the development of Labelbox's marketplace for data annotation and labeling services


• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
