Your day-to-day activities as a Staff Professional - End user support include:

• Delivering exceptional technical support to end-users, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our semiconductor solutions


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to resolve complex technical issues and identify new opportunities


• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AV, Artificial Intelligence, and USB technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and support


• Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and troubleshooting resources


• Providing training and support to internal stakeholders, empowering them to effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our solutions
