As a Staff Quality Engineer - AI SOC, your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing load testing and performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability and reliability of AI-powered SOC solutions


• Collaborating with development teams to integrate language models and cloud computing technologies into our security products


• Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities


• Analyzing test results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to optimize quality and efficiency


• Working closely with the AI engineering team to ensure seamless integration of AI models into our SOC solutions


• Participating in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives


• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices and standards for quality engineering.
