As a Staff Recruiter, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the fields of machine learning, marketing, and software engineering


• Leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate quality


• Building and maintaining strategic sourcing partnerships with key stakeholders, including universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies
