As a Staff Security Engineer, Infrastructure at Fal, you are instrumental in shaping the security posture of our generative media ecosystem, powering the next generation of AI products. Your day-to-day activities include developing and enforcing security policies, collaborating with engineers to integrate security into the development lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing secure infrastructure architectures using Terraform and cloud infrastructure


• Developing and maintaining security tools and systems to support continuous delivery and full-stack development


• Collaborating with the GPU team to ensure secure deployment and management of GPU resources


• Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement


• Developing and delivering training and awareness programs to educate engineers on security best practices


• Participating in incident response and remediation efforts to minimize the impact of security incidents


• Collaborating with the engineering team to integrate security into the development lifecycle. You will be working closely with the engineering team, reporting to the Director of Security, and interacting with various stakeholders across the organization.
