Your day-to-day activities involve leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate autonomy software on launched effects platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and oversight


• Leading cross-functional teams to integrate autonomy capabilities from various sources, including motion planning, tactics, and perception


• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with Linux-based systems and software integrations


• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and contributing to the development of best practices and standards


• Collaborating with the Autonomy Capabilities team, Perception team, and HivemindSDK team to develop and integrate autonomy software


• Validating and testing autonomy software on launched effects platforms


• Reporting to senior leadership and contributing to technical roadmapping and strategic planning.
