Your day-to-day activities as a Staff Software Engineer, GTM Systems include:

• Leading the development of multiple software systems and subsystems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet the required quality standards


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales to identify and prioritize project requirements


• Designing and implementing software architectures that integrate with our existing systems and infrastructure


• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products


• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of our software development processes and standards
