Support Group Facilitator

About the Role: As a Support Group Facilitator at Plume, you will facilitate groups of Plume members, cultivating spaces for trans, nonbinary, and non-cis people to share their questions, experiences, and wisdom with one another on various topics, identities, interests, and more. This critical role helps empower members with the support they need in navigating their own gender journeys, while achieving improved health and wellness outcomes. We are currently hiring facilitators for the transfemme and nonbinary groups, though all are welcome to apply. Essential strengths of a Plume Support Group Facilitator include building trusting relationships and communicating with empathy, professionalism, and inclusivity.
