Your day-to-day activities as a Talent Coordinator include managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers to top candidates. Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry


• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding


• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders


• Creating and delivering recruitment reports and metrics to inform business decisions


• Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management


• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
