A proven rainmaker and practice builder: you've originated and grown eight-figure client portfolios, built a practice from a standing start, and developed the team beneath you into partners. Commercially fluent beyond the consulting model — you understand, or are hungry to master, consumption pricing, platform economics, and keeping services in service of software. Equally credible with CHROs and technologists: able to hold a workforce transformation conversation and an AI architecture conversation in the same meeting, with the humility to bring in your AI experts as equals. Experienced leading small, elite teams — transformation consultants, forward-deployed engineers, solution architects — and resistant to the pull of customization creep and hourly-billing habits. A category thinker with executive presence: comfortable in board settings, sharp in writing, able to make a market believe something new. A plus: experience with HR technology or talent intelligence platforms, and with regulated, governance-heavy environments (security, responsible AI, compliance).
