We're looking for a quick-moving and ambitious GTM Engineer to join the Team8 Platform as our first GTM engineering hire. This is a hands-on, technical builder role — you'll write code, wire up MCPs, and automate our GTM stack end to end. You'll work directly with Team8 BD team and partners to shape how we build our "villages" and to stand up AI-native GTM teams, playbooks, and infrastructureWhat you'll do:Own the AI-powered outbound and GTM engine for the Team8 Business Development and Networks.Build reusable workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, personalized outreach, meeting booking at scale, and CRM hygiene, for Team8Run multi-channel outbound that combines targeted personalization with AI-driven automation, and turn winning motions into repeatable templates.Track Team8 BD Team’s GTM metrics- reply rates, conversion rates, cost per meeting/opportunity, pipeline velocity—and continuously improve funnels.Evaluate and pilot new AI GTM tools and agents for Team8’s internal processes.
