Tech Talent Acquisition Lead We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to lead recruitment across Pigment’s R&D organization, including Engineering, Product, IT, and Security.You will manage a team of three full-time Tech Talent Acquisition Managers, supported by external RPO partners when needed. Your role will be to develop the team, define the Tech recruitment strategy, and act as a trusted partner to R&D leaders.While this is primarily a leadership role, you will remain hands-on by managing selected strategic or complex searches.
