We're hiring a Technical Chief of Staff who operates as a force multiplier for the founders - someone who turns frontier research into market momentum and keeps a fast-moving company running at full speed. You will own outcomes across go-to-market, operations, and strategy, often being the first (and only) person on a problem until it's solved or scaled. You'll work directly with the founding team on the highest-leverage problems in the company, shifting between strategic and deeply tactical work within the same day.
