Your day-to-day activities involve managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver infrastructure programs that meet service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing program plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful infrastructure deployments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations to design and implement infrastructure solutions
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and SLAs
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
- Leading orchestration efforts to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components and services
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks and risks to program delivery. You will be working closely with the engineering and product teams, reporting to the Director of Engineering, and will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members.
