Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers to top candidates. Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in the EMEA region


• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences


• Creating job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials that showcase Applied Intuition's unique value proposition


• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and extending offers to selected candidates


• Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to develop a deep understanding of the company's technical requirements and recruitment needs


• Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to optimize the recruitment process


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process. You will be working closely with the recruitment team, reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, and interacting with various stakeholders across the organization.
