Talent Partner - Tech About the Opportunity ✍️ MoonPay is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to help us build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security. Technical hiring here is fast-moving, competitive and rarely straightforward. You’ll own searches end-to-end, working closely with hiring managers to understand what they really need, find the right talent and keep hiring moving. We’re looking for someone who knows their market, has strong opinions backed by data, and isn’t afraid to rethink the approach when a search isn’t working. This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership. You’ll source, advise, problem-solve and close, while helping us continuously improve how we hire. AI should already be part of your recruiting toolkit, and we’ll expect you to keep experimenting with how it can make your work smarter and more effective.
