Lead, and at times support, on launch campaigns for films being produced from the UK -- from global strategy development to creative execution, production to campaign rollout. Drive and execute UK campaigns for international films, determining local strategy and crafting culturally relevant tactics Act as the creative champion with a holistic vision for leading campaigns, as well as being responsible for the day-to-day (including brief writing, shoot planning, budgeting and managing overall campaign resources) Act as the central cross-functional liaison amongst internal teams (across region-based Marketing teams, PR, Publicity, Product and Social), with a focus on managing workflow and being able to share, review, organise and address cross-functional feedback Act as the main point of contact with agencies - hire, manage and give feedback to create effective campaigns. This role is unique as it needs both a seasoned perspective and a team player attitude. The right candidate balances the vision and the people skills, the creative and the strategic. Has a proven track record of building world-class creative for films and / or premium entertainment properties - balancing creative innovation with project management discipline in a demanding environment. Has experience in forging strong and trusted relationships in high-stakes situations with talent, talent representatives, filmmakers and/or showrunners. Is a cross-functional team player who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams like Publicity, Events, Production, etc. Key to this, the ability to be in lock-step on overall strategy and goals with tight, and often shifting timelines and priorities. Has knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development and building briefs, to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home/digital out-of-home media). Agency management experience here is a must. Has experience in evaluating and executing innovative campaign ideas within the media landscape (inclusive of but not limited to out-of-home, digital out-of-home and experiential.) Has experience with marketing shoots, from development of creative and campaign ideas, to planning and shoot execution (key art, AV creative / trailers, and digital / social). Experience in theatrical marketing is a plus. Is an effective collaborator across multiple teams and able to adapt to evolving priorities, with knowledge and experience building strong cross-functional and stakeholder relationships. Has experience of working on multifaceted campaigns or entertainment properties with high commercial relevance in marketing partnerships, consumer products, advertising and brand teams. The successful candidate possesses: A minimum of 8 or more years of experience in entertainment marketing at a network/studio, or creative agency working on creative campaigns (in strategy, digital, print and audio visual creative). Experience managing a high volume of campaign types in parallel, while collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams. Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively, as well as work effectively in ambiguous situations. Passion for film is a must.
