Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns indicative of potential abuse, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies, and collaborating with engineering teams to automate enforcement processes. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Designing, implementing, and refining trust and safety policies and procedures for advertising on OpenAI's platform


• Conducting in-depth analysis of user feedback, complaints, and other signals to identify areas for improvement in trust and safety operations


• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key trust and safety metrics, providing insights that inform product and policy decisions


• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design and implement features that promote a safe and respectful user experience


• Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats to inform trust and safety strategies


• Participating in the development of training materials and educational programs to enhance the skills of trust and safety analysts
