Position Overview The Onsite Recruitment Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, onsite recruitment operations, and workforce fulfilment directly at the client’s facility. Acting as the primary operational liaison between client stakeholders and internal recruitment delivery teams, the Onsite Account Manager ensures seamless candidate sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, SLA compliance, and high levels of client and worker satisfaction.
