UK - Account Manager (Sleaford/Anwick area)

The Position We are looking for an experienced On-Site Manager who will be based at one of our client sites in the Anwick, Lincolnshire area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational delivery while driving an exceptional experience for both our client and our temporary workforce. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 11 coordinators & recruiters and a workforce of 350+ production operatives. Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs. Oversee all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring recruitment sessions are scheduled daily and supporting with registration of candidates. Ensuring all candidates are legally compliant and are inducted to the clients requirements. Responsible for leading recruitment campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of applicants.
