Your day-to-day activities as a UXS Training & Demo Manager involve managing and delivering training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops, ensuring that customers and internal stakeholders are proficient in operating our UAS. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials and programs, incorporating GIS, data processing, and data acquisition methodologies


• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and demos, both on-site and remotely, to ensure effective knowledge transfer


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align training and demo activities with business objectives


• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal stakeholders


• Continuously evaluating and improving training and demo processes, incorporating customer feedback and industry trends


• Managing and maintaining demo equipment, including UAS and associated hardware and software

You are working closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams, reporting to the training and demo manager, and leveraging your technical expertise in GIS, data processing, and data acquisition to drive success. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German and English, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential to your success in this role.
