Greenlight is looking for a Video Editor, Paid Social to help bring our creative strategy to life on screen. You'll take briefs, raw footage, and creator content and turn them into fast, scroll-stopping videos built specifically for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc). This is a great role for someone early in their editing career who already has strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and platform-native storytelling, and wants to sharpen those instincts against real performance data. This is a hands-on, production-focused role with room to grow. We're looking for someone who's fast and detail-oriented in the edit bay, but who's equally hungry to understand why an edit works.
