Why This Role Matters After crossing $100M in ARR, the next chapter is even bigger. We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to take the reins of our inside sales organization and lead it through the journey from $100M to $300M ARR. This is not a caretaker role. You will own a team of roughly 120 people across SDRs, AEs, front-line managers, senior managers, and directors, and you will be responsible for the number, the talent, and the operating system that drives both. Our sales engine is good. Your job is to make it world-class. That means lifting productivity and efficiency across both inbound and outbound channels, deepening the leadership bench so the org scales without breaking, and partnering with our GTM Ops team to build a centralized, AI-powered selling model that gives every rep an edge.
