You Will… V&V Execution and Quality Assurance Characterize the vehicle and derive electrical requirements, decomposing them to module and component level with bidirectional traceability to test evidence. Own the electrical DVP&R - plan and execute functional and performance testing, including EMC/EMI, and electrical stress and robustness testing, on prototypes and production-intent hardware. Build and maintain custom fixturing as necessary. Identify and troubleshoot electrical functionality, compatibility, and performance issues; lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with design, systems, quality and software engineers to integrate electrical V&V and Design for Test (DfT) into the wider program. Document and present test results and recommendations to design teams and program leadership to drive improvements.
