You will... V&V Execution and Quality Assurance Characterize the vehicle and derive mechanical requirements, decomposing them to module and component level with bidirectional traceability to test evidence. Own the mechanical DVP&R - plan and execute functional and performance testing, including vibration, shock, thermal, environmental, on prototypes and production-intent hardware. Build and maintain custom fixturing as necessary. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical functionality, compatibility, and performance issues; lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with design, systems, quality and software engineers to integrate mechanical V&V and Design for Test (DfT) into the wider program. Document and present test results and recommendations to design teams and program leadership to drive improvements.
