[WEBTOON] Creator Operations Strategist

As a Creator Operations Strategist, you will support WEBTOON’s efforts to grow, and manage relationships with its creator community who have partnerships with our external business. Reporting to the Director, Creator Management, you will manage an assigned portfolio of creators while also supporting broader initiatives that strengthen the creator experience and help scale the Creator Management function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends creator relationship management, operations, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience in the creator economy, digital media, entertainment, publishing, or a related industry, a strong understanding of creators and their business needs and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI to work more efficiently and strategically.
