Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the People Operations Lead in identifying manual workflows and automating daily tasks to increase efficiency


• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making


• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using analytics tools, such as pivot tables, to provide insights on people operations metrics


• Collaborating with the HR team to design and implement new people analytics solutions, driving business outcomes and improving employee experiences


• Analyzing people operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders


• Developing and maintaining documentation of people analytics processes and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our People Operations. As a Working Student People Analytics, you are working closely with the People Operations team, reporting to the People Operations Lead, and interacting with various stakeholders across the organization. You are utilizing your technical skills in automation, analytics, and data visualization, as well as your soft skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to drive success in this role.
