General Program Manager (L5) - Developer Enablement

Confidence in public speaking, with experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences, including seasoned engineers and people leaders. Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) and ability to model effective AI-assisted workflows for technical audiences. Ability to derive and apply data insights (support ticket analysis, learning outcomes, dashboards) to guide decisions Track record of enabling and empowering teams/SMEs to create their own training content (e.g. train-the-trainer, hub-spoke models). Proficiency in creating and editing engaging documentation, with strong opinions on documentation strategy, sustainability, and information architecture. Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume and variety of requests while maintaining focus on high-impact, strategic initiatives. Experience designing blended learning formats (live, hybrid, async, self-paced) Experience leading large-scale initiatives end to end, and influencing stakeholders up, down, and across the organization Experience optimizing global or remote training across multiple time zones Experience balancing central standards with local team autonomy in training and documentation Experience driving cultural or process change in engineering organizations Ability to benchmark tools (AI and otherwise) against internal developer use cases and make evidence-based recommendations
