Growth Engineer – Remote

In this role you will own the end‑to‑end growth loop—designing experiments, building automated acquisition funnels, and optimizing the full customer lifecycle. - Design, implement, and iterate on growth‑focused experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral stages.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards that surface real‑time performance metrics for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Develop automated A/B testing frameworks and predictive models to personalize user journeys and boost conversion rates.
- Partner with product managers and designers to embed growth hooks into new features and releases.
- Optimize paid, organic, and partnership channels using advanced attribution models and ROI analysis.
