Growth Marketing Manager – Owner (Remote)

In this role you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel, turning insights into high‑impact campaigns that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across our platform. As a senior member of the Growth team, you will shape strategy, mentor junior marketers, and influence product roadmaps—setting the stage for rapid personal and professional advancement as Owner scales globally.
- Design, launch, and optimize paid, SEO, and partnership acquisition channels to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Build and iterate data‑centric growth loops, leveraging cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and A/B testing to improve CAC and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to create conversion‑focused landing pages, in‑app experiences, and personalized email flows.
- Own the marketing tech stack (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Develop and execute referral, affiliate, and community programs that amplify brand advocacy and viral growth.
- Lead cross‑functional sprint planning, presenting performance insights and roadmap recommendations to the C‑suite.
- Mentor and coach a small team of growth analysts and performance marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will work hand‑in‑hand with product managers, data scientists, and creative designers in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment that values autonomy and impact.
