Legal Affairs Intern

We're hiring a Legal Affairs Intern to work directly alongside Hook's General Counsel across nearly every facet of an in-house legal practice — from day-to-day contracts and corporate housekeeping to complex entertainment and IP transactions. Your work will span NDAs, offer letters, and vendor agreements, content licensing and sync deals, and IP/copyright research at the intersection of music and technology. This is a hands-on role ideal for a law student who wants to understand what work at a fast-moving, early-stage music and consumer tech startup looks like.
