Performance Specialist, Large Costumer Sales (English, Portuguese)

Your primary focus will be educating, advocating and motivating agencies and advertisers that Google has a compelling Ads offering. Among your many attributes, you will have business acumen and ideally you have worked with the media. You develop and understand stakeholders points of view collaborating with the various roles/functions within advertisers from Strategy, Planning, and Buying to the Executive, Digital and Analytical groups. You understand top-line business issues for both the agency and their clients, and explore fast and effective solutions. You are a proactive, natural leader, a strong communicator and skilled at explaining complex issues. You are highly organized and possess excellent communication/presentation skills and have the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. You are particularly adept at developing close relationships internally and externally, have a bias for action and an ability to move discussions and projects forward.
