Principal Presales Engineer, Product Specialist

Required: Hands-on experience designing and validating Conversational AI or LLM-driven architectures (e.g., integrating OpenAI, Dialogflow, or similar models via APIs). Experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture engagements, including scoping, design, and technical validation in both Portuguese and English language. Strong background in API-based, event-driven systems, with hands-on experience using REST APIs and webhooks. Working knowledge of at least one backend language such as Node.js or Python, with prior software development or equivalent experience. Demonstrated expertise in messaging platforms, including throughput management, retry strategies, and deliverability optimization. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences. Strong collaboration and influencing skills across sales, engineering, and product stakeholders. Experience working in an overlay or specialist pre-sales capacity. Experience collaborating with Product on roadmap or positioning.
