Principal Software Engineer

Design and develop features for large-scale, distributed software services and solutions using AI-assisted development methods. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers and stakeholders across organizational boundaries. Design systems with well-defined interfaces across multiple components, participate in code reviews, and use data and telemetry to inform engineering decisions. Build high-quality services and components that are modular, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable. Champion and model the effective use of AI throughout the software development lifecycle and operational processes. Embody our Culture and Values. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, or Python OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience architecting and designing highly available, resilient, and high-scale distributed systems. 5+ years of experience developing backend services using C#. Experience with security, identity, authorization, privileged access management, or related technologies.
