Senior Software Engineer

Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features. Drive the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area. Lead by example and mentor others to produce quality results leveraging Agentic Engineering. Leverage subject-matter proficient of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items. Act (at times i.e. in rotation) as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) Guide other engineers working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems. Remain current in skills by investing time and effort into staying abreast of current developments that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, usability, observability, and performance of products. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 1+ years experience with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions, and cloud-scale data platforms.​ 1+ years leveraging AI Coding Agents to develop product features. Background in working with large-scale, distributed systems. Demonstrated ownership of complex engineering projects and effective cross-team collaboration.
