Atlassian’s Talent Community (MAIN) is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive the adoption of our collaborative software suite across enterprise customers in India and the APAC region. In this role you will act as the technical champion for prospects, translating complex business challenges into scalable, cloud‑native solutions that unlock productivity and innovation. Your expertise will shape product roadmaps, influence go‑to‑market strategies, and directly impact revenue growth by delivering compelling proof‑of‑concepts and architecture designs that showcase Atlassian’s value proposition. As a senior member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will mentor junior engineers, partner with sales leaders, and become a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, positioning yourself for future leadership roles such as Solutions Engineering Manager or Solutions Architect within Atlassian’s fast‑growing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities and required skills:
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end technical demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and workshops that align Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, etc.) with customer workflows.
- Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to map business processes, identify integration points, and propose architecture patterns using REST APIs, webhooks, and Atlassian Forge.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to provide feedback on feature gaps, influence product enhancements, and ensure seamless hand‑off post‑sale.
- Lead pre‑sales technical negotiations, address security and compliance concerns, and produce solution proposals that meet GDPR, ISO 27001, and local data residency requirements.
- Mentor and coach junior solutions engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of technical content—whitepapers, solution briefs, and demo scripts—optimized for SEO and buyer enablement.
- Report to the Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, working within a cross‑functional squad that includes sales, partner, and services specialists.
