 Technical Leadership & Architecture  Lead design and architecture for major features or components, ensuring alignment with the broader system architecture.  Determine approach and methods independently on complex, ambiguous assignments without an established playbook. Cross-Team Collaboration  Partner with other engineering teams, Product, and UX to shape solutions before implementation begins.  Build working relationships and technical credibility beyond your immediate team. Quality & Standards  Establish and champion engineering best practices adopted by your team and beyond. Mentorship  Mentor Senior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow their technical judgment and scope of ownership.
