Cloud & AI Apps Solution Engineer

Lead customer engagements focused on Agentic AI and AI application platforms, guiding technical strategy, solution adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. Drive technical workshops, live demonstrations, architectural whiteboarding sessions, rapid prototyping, hands-on proof-of-concepts, and pilot deployments to accelerate customer success. Design and articulate secure, scalable, and resilient Agentic AI architectures that align with customer business objectives and enterprise requirements. Prove the value of technical solutions by co-creating architectures, validating designs, influencing technical decisions, and enabling customer commitment to deployment. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to developers, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders throughout the customer journey. Collaborate with product engineering, customer success, partner teams, and solution specialists to deliver end-to-end AI transformation outcomes. Drive technical strategy and architecture discussions around application modernization, cloud-native development, and AI-powered application experiences. Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide customers with innovative technical guidance. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
