Cloud & AI Infrastructure Solution Engineer

As a Cloud & AI Infrastructure Solution Engineer, you will: Lead technical pre-sales engagements that help customers modernise infrastructure, improve resilience, and accelerate AI readiness. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, influencing architecture and technology decisions across cloud, networking, security, and hybrid environments. Deliver technical workshops, demonstrations, architecture sessions, proofs of concept, and pilot engagements that drive customer success. Guide customers through cloud migration and modernisation initiatives involving Windows, Linux, databases, virtualisation platforms, networking, and enterprise applications. Help customers adopt cloud-native technologies, platform engineering practices, containers, Kubernetes, automation, and AI-enabled operations. Maintain deep technical expertise across infrastructure, networking, security, modernisation, and emerging AI technologies. Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas that help customers achieve measurable business outcomes. Experience with Kubernetes, containers, platform engineering, automation, or Infrastructure as Code. Familiarity with technologies such as VMware, Windows Server, Linux, SAP, Oracle, databases, or enterprise applications. Exposure to GitHub Copilot, AI-powered development tools, Agentic AI, or cloud-native architecture patterns. Experience supporting large enterprise or industry customers undergoing digital transformation. Customer obsession and a passion for helping organisations succeed.
