- Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel demand generation programs (paid, SEO, email, ABM) that generate qualified pipeline for the sales organization.
- Analyze funnel performance using advanced analytics and attribution models, iterating tactics to improve CAC, conversion rates, and LTV.
- Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging, content, and value propositions that resonate with enterprise AI buyers.
- Lead A/B testing, marketing automation, and CRM integration (Salesforce, Marketo) to ensure seamless lead handoff and nurture.
- Manage a budget of $2M+ annually, allocating spend across paid media, events, and partner initiatives with ROI accountability.
- Mentor a small team of growth specialists, fostering a culture of data‑driven experimentation and continuous learning.
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing, presenting weekly performance dashboards and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
