As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Altibbi, you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition, activation, and retention funnel for our digital health platform, driving measurable user growth across the MENA region. You will partner with product, data science, and content teams to craft scalable growth strategies that boost monthly active users, increase subscription conversions, and elevate brand authority. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will lead a cross‑functional squad, mentor junior marketers, and shape the roadmap for Altibbi’s next phase of market expansion—positioning you for rapid career progression into senior leadership or regional head roles.

- Design, launch, and optimize performance‑marketing campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels to achieve CPA and LTV targets.
- Own the growth analytics stack (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake) to surface actionable insights, conduct cohort analyses, and inform A/B testing roadmaps.
- Develop and execute SEO and content‑distribution strategies that increase organic visibility for high‑intent health queries across Arabic and English.
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives—email, push notifications, in‑app messaging—to nurture leads, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to prototype growth experiments, iterate on onboarding flows, and refine conversion funnels.
- Manage a budget of $2M+ annually, allocating spend based on ROI modeling and market opportunity assessments.
