Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Lead the discovery, ideation, and delivery of growth‑focused features, translating business objectives into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and analytics synthesis to validate hypotheses and iterate rapidly.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, design systems, and interaction specifications that align with Atlassian’s design language.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to ensure seamless handoff and execution.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of curiosity, feedback, and craftsmanship.
- Advocate for inclusive design practices, ensuring accessibility compliance across all touchpoints.
