Key responsibilities and required skills:
- Define and execute market entry strategies for new corridors, leveraging data analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with transport operators, local authorities, and technology providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Lead a team of 5‑7 business development professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development plans.
- Monitor route performance metrics (load factor, revenue per seat, CO₂ savings) and implement optimization tactics to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to align go‑to‑market plans, branding, and service rollout timelines.
- Present weekly pipeline updates and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation by championing agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision making.

Essential skills include strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities, fluency in English (additional languages a plus), and proven experience in B2B sales or transport logistics.
