Business Development Manager (m/f/d) – FlixBus – Mexico City, Mexico

Reporting to the Regional Head of Commercial, you will manage a cross‑functional team of analysts, sales specialists, and operations leads, gaining exposure to senior leadership and a clear path toward regional leadership or product‑focused roles as FlixBus scales its footprint.
- Identify, negotiate, and close B2B agreements with bus operators, municipalities, and tourism boards to expand network coverage.
- Conduct market analyses, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling to prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans, including pricing strategy, route optimization, and joint‑marketing campaigns.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinating with legal, compliance, marketing, and product to ensure seamless implementation.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, maintain CRM accuracy, and deliver weekly performance dashboards to senior management.
- Cultivate long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as FlixBus’ trusted advisor on mobility trends and regulatory developments.
- Mentor junior business development associates, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
