Director, Gemini Growth Marketing

As the Director of Growth Marketing for the Gemini App, you will define and lead the global growth strategy and organization for Google's AI assistant across mobile, web, and ecosystem integrations. You will build and lead a unified growth engine spanning user acquisition, activation, and business generation across both outbound channels and in-product experiences. Partnering at the executive level with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Regional Marketing, you will connect full-funnel marketing with product-led growth mechanics to turn first-time users into habitual daily users and subscribers. You will lead and scale a multidisciplinary organization of growth leaders, product growth marketers, performance specialists, and marketing technologists. Know the user. Know the magic.
