- Design and launch end‑to‑end learning programs (e‑learning, workshops, mentorship) that support digital transformation and compliance standards.
- Conduct needs‑analysis and skills gap assessments using data analytics, then translate insights into targeted curricula.
- Lead a cross‑functional L&D team, coordinating with talent acquisition, performance management and technology partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage the learning technology stack (LMS, AR/VR platforms, micro‑learning tools) and continuously improve user experience.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through KPIs, ROI analysis, and feedback loops, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching managers on coaching techniques and facilitating peer‑learning communities.
