Manager, Customer Success – Remote

In this role you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our solutions while driving retention and expansion. Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Lead, mentor, and expand a geographically dispersed Customer Success team, fostering a culture of proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Design and execute customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies that boost Net Promoter Score and reduce churn.
- Analyze usage data and forensic case metrics to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to relay client feedback, prioritize feature requests, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Conduct executive business reviews, presenting ROI insights and actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Implement scalable processes and automation tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce) to streamline case management and reporting.
- Report directly to the Director of Customer Success, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Support to align cross‑functional initiatives.
