- Lead pre‑sales engagements, delivering compelling demos, ROI analyses, and technical win strategies to C‑level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support to provide feedback that shapes feature development and improves product usability.
- Mentor and coach junior solutions engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Drive adoption and expansion by delivering post‑implementation training, best‑practice guidance, and ongoing optimization recommendations.
- Report to the Director of Solutions Engineering, working within a high‑performing, globally distributed team that values innovation, agility, and customer obsession.
