You will:
- Deliver compelling, data‑driven product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts that address complex chemistry workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, guiding configuration and integration of Luma with existing LIMS, ELN, and cheminformatics tools.
- Collaborate with product management to relay market feedback, influencing feature prioritisation and future releases.
- Provide expert technical support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, crafting solution proposals, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Conduct training workshops and webinars for scientific users, ensuring rapid onboarding and sustained adoption.
- Maintain deep knowledge of cheminformatics, QSAR modeling, reaction analytics, and regulatory compliance standards (GxP, GLP).
- Report progress and insights to the regional sales director, contributing to pipeline forecasting and strategy planning.
