Product Solution Engineer – Remote

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Design, build, and test end‑to‑end integrations using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and low‑code platforms to meet client requirements.
- Conduct technical discovery calls, translate business needs into functional specifications, and present proof‑of‑concept demos to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize feature requests, report bugs, and contribute to roadmap planning.
- Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for internal teams and customers.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical liaison between sales, support, and engineering.
- Track performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimizations that boost adoption and retention.
Required expertise includes strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Go; hands‑on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and funnel‑building tools. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with C‑level clients and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
